Pretty Boy van de Molenberg, a black pearl of Balou du Rouet x Nabab de Reve out of the dam line of Glasgow van 't Merelsnest and Pacha van het Costersveld of Casall ASK x Cornet Obolensky convinced the jury and got licensed for Studbook Zangersheide this weekend. Both stallions were sold at the BWFA auction in Beervelde in 2015.

And it turns out to be even more special, because the dam of Pacha van de Costersveld, Kornetta d'Heyboght is also a BWFA reference herself. She went under the hammer in 2010 and moved to the stables of Thierry Degraeve, the breeder of one of the world’s best sires Cornet Obolensky (ex Windows of the Costersveld). Kornetta has exclusively been used for breeding and now has her first approved son. Pacha impressed both on Friday’s and on Saturday’s free jumping. On Saturday, he even spontaneously received an audience applause.
